A little further north, one of the places visited in France, Rocamadour seems to belong to a pure rockface and includes several beautiful chapels and churches, chateaux and narrow streets. It was already a place of pilgrimage before the twelfth century. Leading from the village at the heart of witty old city is the large scale of 216 points. Not far past the Rocamadour is Collonges, in Correze, a charming village red.
